waaaaaah =(

It' already Friday. That means that I'll have to go back to New York soon.

I DON'T WANT TO GO BACK!!!!!

I just want to stay with my family and friends here. I love the fact that the family I am super close to is just beside me. We can go to places and see each other and laugh with/at each other (hehe) and make fun of little things and annoy the hell out of each other yet stay very close and love one another. I love the fact that my friends are just a text message away and we can meet up whenever and go grab coffee (or just cream based drinks for some, hehe) and eat lunch/dinner and go on road trips and just be there for each other when we need someone to talk to, and even when we don't.

I love my life here. Even if they say that the economy is not doing good, I don't give a crap. Gusto ko dito!! Gusto ko kasama pamilya at mga kaibigan ko!!

Haaaaay, in the days to come, dito ko magbabakasyon, dito ako magpapakasal, dito ako magreretire at shempre, dito din ako ililibing ... sa bansang sinilangan ko ... Pilipinas.

Drama ba? hehe. Pero seriously, America is a great place, but the people I need ay nandito sa Pinas, no one can ever replace my family and friends.

Exhausted but very very happy

I had a slightly busy week, but a very very busy weekend.

Friday was Enchanted Kingdom day with my cousins ... pictures will be uploaded soon. We got home almost 1 am (Saturday), then had to wake up at 5:30 because we have to leave early for Baguio.

Saturday, my mom woke us up at 6 (to give us time to sleep) we left around 7:30. I drove my car (Yey! They brought it to the dealer to have it in working condition, so yey, I'm finally mobile!) and my mom drove her car. I'll write the details in a separate blog, I'm just writing the gist now. But anyway, there were several (long) stopovers so we got to Baguio like around 7:30 pm. We had dinner then SORT OF watched TV (which I'll explain in the separate blog) then slept. We had to wake up at around 6:30 so we can go around Baguio before heading home. So, we left the house we were staying at at around 7:30. We went to a lot of places, then finally headed home at around 3:30. We got home (Manila) close to 11. I drove for 7.5 hours!! That's an achievement for me. hehe. =) pictures will be posted on multiply soon.

Anyway, adios for now. I need to sleep. But before I do, MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

May sakit ako!! =(

As soon as we stepped in SM kanina, sumama pakiramdam ko. A while ago, I had fever and my whole body hurts (til now). Di tuloy ako nakalabas to meet my friends. =(

First Weekend

It's Sunday night ... rest night. Before I sleep, let's recap the last 4 days shall we?

Thursday: I arrived/got out of the airport around 6ish. But before getting out, I thought I lost my luggage. I was waiting at the carousel but then wala ung luggage ko! I then, asked somebody, they said that there were some unclaimed stuff over at the side so I went and asked. True enough, my stuff was there. The guy who was releasing the stuff got too comfy coz inaasar niya ko ... na "kaya daw ako lumalaki" is because shy ako. Aba, the nerve, di kami close yet he was saying na mataba ako. haha. Shucks, it shows talaga. So, yeah ... new lifestyle na next year.

Friday: Saw my inaanak "Sean" who was so cute! Super taba! Michelin man nga. hehe. After that, I went out with my mom and lil cousin Nicole. First stop was the dentist. Then we drove over to Jollibee then visisted my aunt at the building next to Jollibee. After that, went to Medical Plaza over at Makati to get an xray, then went back to the dentist to drop off the xray. After that we went home. Grabe. Mega pagod. Friday night: Went to Ate Kaye's place ... grabe layo. hehe. It was her birthday so, shempre, chikahan and kainan to the max. Of course, one of the topics is my weight. haha. Shiet. Taba ko talaga. (Again, pictures available at my multiply site.)

Saturday: Brian, Gabby and I went to SM San Lazaro to buy some stuff for Sunday. After that, we went to Greenbelt to watch Happy Feet. Nine kami ... ako, Brian, JC, Mama, AJ, Joanna, Gabby, Nicole and Tricia. After that, we met up with Tita Ruby and Tito Bit sa Glorietta to have dinner before going home. Super pagod man, saya naman!

Sunday: Woke up ... cooked breakfast ... bangus, corned beef, itlog na maalat mixed with kamatis (yum). When all the kids were up, I asked them to go down and have breakfast ... then go take a shower. Tapos, we all went to Loyola to visit my grandma. It's her birthday today. We had a little tent. Tas we ate and took pictures, then shempre pray. After that, we went home and watched TV, chill talaga. (Check my multiply for pictures.)

Sunday night: Mama, JC, Brian, Gabby, Tricia and ako ... we went to mass, then went to the organization where Mama volunteers ... "Charity First". We had dinner there and listened to some stories being shared by the "kids" who are part of the charity. When we got home, Marion and I were talking. After he and I talked, I also talked to Lenne. So, we sorta set up a day (actually night) that we're going to meet. Yey!

So far, for next week, I have plans, so hopefully, it'll push through. Basta for tomorrow, I'm going to Honda and then shopping with my brother. Then Wednesday, shopping again with my other brother. Thursday is massage day with my brothers and mom. Shempre everynight is gimik night. Well, not so much gimik, more of go out. heehee. Excited na ko!

Honestly, parang ayoko na umuwi. Gusto ko dito. Though I may have stress, my family is here to remove the stress. My little cousins always give me warm sweet hugs. Lambing! I'm so looking forward to Christmas, not so much New Year coz that would mean I have to leave my family and friends again. I'm not happy about that, not at all. Oh well, life is life. I can't have all that I need or want, all at the same time.

Adventure!

Tuesday, December 12 was a good day for me. I received gifts ... both material and emotional. Keith and I then went to the airport (JFK) then had dinner there. After going through the whole security inspection thing ... I was able to chill and call relatives to say my holiday greeting.

The boarding call for the flight from New York to Anchorage was announced. Everyone was so eager to get on the plane. Then I was wondering why we haven't moved yet even if it seemed like all the passengers are already there. The flight attendant then announced there will be a delay to ONE passenger's check in problem. We were delayed for 1 hour and 1o minutes. After finally moving, I realized that I had the 3 seats to myself. So, yey! I was able to lie down and have a good nap.

Upon arrival to Anchorage (Alaska), we were asked to disembark. Then finally we were asked to come back. I was hoping the three seats was still all mine. Unfortunately, there were some new passengers. My three seat space became one. I had to sleep sitting all the way from Alaska to Taipei.

Two hours to go until Taipei, the flight attendant announces that since there was a delay in the flight, the connecting flights at Taipei will not be available anymore ... meaning, we all got left behind by the plane!! For example, my connecting flight (Taipei to Manila) was suppose to board at 7:10 AM, but alas, my plane would get to Taipei at 8:05 AM. Talk about grrr.

So, when we got to Taipei, I saw the plane that we were suppose to get on ... pulling away from the hangar. Bad trip. Kaasar. There's like 30-40 of us here. Stuck. We all were able to get a seat to the next flight to Manila which is at 1:55 PM ... so, yeah ... gotta wait for 6 hours!! Haay, good thing there's wireless internet here ... I can go online, I have something to do! But my battery is at 68% already ... hopefully I can find a socket. If not, there's always the sky to stare at.

COUNTDOWN ... done!

Tonight's the night! Makakauwi na ko!! Yey!! I'm so excited!! LOL.

I still have to go to work today though, so that means ... my mind will be wandering off somewhere while I'm at work. hehe.
