homily of love

this morning, i went to mass. i liked what father jim said about love. he said that love is patience.(no ... he did not say patient) when you love someone, you love everything about them. even the imperfections. when you love someone and you want them to change for the better ... you help them and exert all effort to improve them. if still they're hesistant ... still they don't change ... don't give up. continue trying again ... try again ... try and try and try again. then father jim said to replace try with love .. continue loving ... loving ... loving and love them some more.

so what am i driving at? love is never easy. change is never easy. love entails sacrifice, compromise & being open (not just open communication but also have an open-mind)
