What are the things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play?

MUSIC - when i'm in an emotional mood, i listen to slow/senti songs. but when i feel happy, i listen more to hiphop & even dance in front of the mirror or just simply dance whatever!

FOOD - this gets me in trouble coz i'm growing coz of this. seriously growing. i love all kinds of food ... the only thing i don't like is ampalaya and okra. that's bout it. everything else, give it to me and i'll eat it.

CIG -just kidding. i don't like cigs.

INTERNET - oh my alternative source of sanity. without internet, i'm dead. this is my only way of talking to my family and friends back in PI ... well not really the only one but it's the most convenient. plus this keeps me alive at work.

CHOCOLATE - i love chocolate!! give me twix, hug n kisses, 3 musketeers ... i'll marry you!! ok, that's an exaggeration, but you get the idea! hehe.


What lowers your stress / blood pressure / anxiety level?

BEACH/BODY OF WATER - as of now, Dobbs Ferry train station does it for me. if i feel bad or stressed or just anything ... the view of Hudson river (at night) is just relaxing. but on special days, the view of the beach ... the water touching my feet ... oh, heaven.

DOG - well, i love dogs. i really really do! i remember when i was so sad, my baby Misha (shih tzu) just laid right beside me and placed her cute head on my pillow and stared at me while i was looking at her ... oh, that was so peaceful.

STARBUCKS - caramel coffee jelly! i love that stuff! unfortunately, they don't have it here. damn!

MY COUSINS - playing with my lil cousins ... i love kids (though i don't want one of my own just yet) and also my same-age cousins ... no matter what time it is, they'd get out of their bed or go out of their way just to be with me. they are the best cousins anyone could ever have.

CHOCOLATE - i don't think i need to explain this

COMPUTER STUFF - going on the internet, downloading music, movie clips, fixing up my files

MUSIC - calms the soul

NATURE - the ultimate shock absorber
