on a rainy day

i think i had a pretty balanced day. i had sad-happy-confused-clear-angry-calm-friendly-lonely-disgusted-amazed moments. just when i thought humanity has totally gone down the drain ... i witness kindness. my officemate gave me a ride to the bus stop, a lady on the bus gave one of her bus tickets/pass to a guy coz he doesn't have change, kids helped an old guy. that's really something.

as for the slightly negative part ... people ... stop blaming the world for whatever bad thing happened to you. the world is not out to get you. the universe doesn't revolve around you. wake up. for anyone to appreciate the good things, you have to experience the bad things first. coz otherwise, you wouldn't know the good thing is good at all coz you have no point of comparison. everything happens for a reason. we may not now the reason now, but soon, everything will be revealed. everything will fall into its right place. then ... everything will make sense.

ALWAYS APPRECIATE WHAT YOU HAVE COZ YOU'LL NEVER KNOW IF IT WILL BE YOURS FOREVER. NEVER TAKE ANYTHING FOR GRANTED. COZ JUST WHEN YOU REALIZE ITS WORTH ... IT MIGHT NOT BE YOURS ANYMORE.
