a debatable situation

1. will you still do something if you know it would hurt someone? you know though in your heart that there's nothing to be scared of, but still the other person is worried as hell?
2. since in your mind and heart, you know you're not doing anything bad, you decide to still continue with it but not tell that someone since he/she will just over react or get mad. but the fact that you're hiding it means you admit that there's something wrong ... that's why you don't tell the other person.

that basically is the summary of my post regarding the situation in desperate housewives. tom is sure that nothing will break him and lynette up. tom knows where his heart is. he didn't tell lynette about it the first time he learned that annabel is gonna work there, because he knows that lynette would just make a big deal about it. but though tom reassured lynette, she is still worried that tom will have feelings for annabel again. she is so worried that she visits tom everyday in his office ... making up some lame excuse to be there.

so, kaw, what will you do if you were in tom's situation? you know you'll hurt the "lynette in your life", but you know you're not doing anything wrong naman. ano gagawin mo? continue hiding even if that's admitting that you're lying and that you're doing something wrong? OR just stop the thing altogether so you won't hurt "your lynette"? even if that would mean you can't do what you want?
